Landscape with traffic sign
Went outside to paint again today, after a long pause. I joined fellow artist Rene (http://painting-pleinair.blogspot.com/) who was painting near the city of Nijmegen (Holland.) I chose a view of the Ooipolder with this traffic sign. It was the only traffic sign I could find, because there is not much traffic there...

I love the rough brushwork in this one it adds to the great perspective, and that road sign is like the cherry on the cake. r
